One of the key findings from our research was that although users’ sentiments towards existing platforms were mediocre, switching platforms was a big challenge for them. The time and effort it took to implement their existing identity solution was so large that they often hesitated to try new solutions unless the solution was strong and the switch was easy, so we created a solution that seamlessly migrated over their existing configurations in a single click saving hours of re-work.
