With this new initiative, I worked closely with product management to recruit and interview IT and security professionals to better understand what products they were using, what was working and wasn’t working, what it would take for them to switch. We conducted a landing page experiment to gain insight beyond their words - how willing were they to sign up for a security-focused identity platform? With our insights, we created a platform that balanced security with user experience, helped achieve compliance needs, and made migration easy.
